Tuesday Workouts

 Early morning 3 mile walk.  Probably a 5 k run this evening after work.  Hope everyone gets moving and enjoys the day!

 I hit the gym at 5am for my regular load...... lower body weights, ab work and some time on the bike. 

I got diagnosed with calcific tendonitis yesterday - so upper body is off limits for a few more days - then I have to hit it gently...... which I am not happy about! LOL - I miss my weights!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Did not have to go to work, so I was able to head out for a 3.65 mile run...

strength training tonight - legs/chest/triceps

B4 work - 1 hour of weights -chest/tri's/abs , 20 minutes of sprints.

Lunch was 30 minutes of weghts - bicepts and 20 minutes of sprints.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 Easy 10 mile - 45 minutes.....will go for a treadmill jog/sprints endurance training this afternoon....

did a nice 5.2 mile jog/run with a .4 mile cool down tacked on for a total of 5.6 miles today..threw a little speed work in but my quads were killing me from earlier in the week..perhaps there's a rest day in my future! :)

50 min of weights (shoulders/back/biceps)
1 hour spin class - aerobic endurance, pretty good class tonight.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
