21miles to work (10min slower today -ugh!), 5 major uphill this afternoon and 21 more this evening- then abs tonight.

I've been a massive slacker babying a hip injury which is still keeping me from running :( and have done virtually no exercise for about a month.  However, it is back to the pool today for a nice and easy 1000 M swim.
