Saturday Workouts

 I'm really proud of myself. My stomach has been off today and we had family visit for most of the day. It would have been easy to put pjs on and curl up and forget walking. But I still went and walked my 2 miles tonight. It wasn't a record breaking walk but I went and actually felt better for it.

Back to Back TKD classes

45 minute adult class which had a good portion of fitness (pushups, situps, stuff to keep our heart rate up)
30 minute family class with my 9year old.  Not as hard but still a good workout.


I used to do this once a year for fathers day as my boys were in back to back classes and it about killed me.  Now I am have no problem!
