SATURDAY WORKOUTS
I'm in Clearwater FL for a wedding/vacation/b-day.... Was able to run a 5k with my dad on Saturday.... 23:10, pretty good time for me but I ran a blockhead race by going out waaaay too fast (first mile was 6:42) and dying in the humidity in miles 2 and 3. 
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
