my father and i are riding in next week's (week from saturday) ride across indiana.  you should check out that ride for next summer.  it's pretty awesome.

1 hour weight training. I increased from 10 pounds to 12 1/2 pounds today!

Back from vacation...Montana was beatiful.  Rode my bike today to the coffee shop...About 6 miles total.  Hope to mow the lawn late this afternoon.
