Hot Ride!!
Holy cow it was a hot ride today. Traffic was especially heavy so I ended up adding about a half mile extra to my route to get out of the main roads. The hills are getting easier. I'm now able to be faster than a slow stroll I'm up to a brisk walk. My legs were definitely done by the time I got home. All I can say though is that 88 degrees and 85% humidity will make you sweat!
You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.
