Dragon Boat Racing
Has anyone ever participated with a dragon boat team? I'd like to join a team but I'm still not the most fit person and I'm pretty sure I won't pass the fitness test. Any information is appreciated.
I am totally curious! The only dragon boats I know are done from shore via remote control...clearly you mean something else if fitness is a criteria. Love to know more!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
