Once the 'backlog' clears I'm sure I'll be a bit closer to 180. Pants were actually getting tight on Saturday before things finally started moving.

I'm carrying an extra 5lbs of "winter weight" but still exercising inside so not too concerned.

The slogan at the top about "Health, not weight" is really true and my life's mantra now.

I'll take it! Knees cutting into walking. Life too. Have to drag out the crap we can out of the bedroom and closet that is getting new carpet this week. They'll handle the big furniture. We just have to lighten it up.

Have a Great Week, Guys!!

No weight change.

Good game with two deserving teams. Way too much junk food but I'm happy for the chance to share it with friends.

Still working it. We're going to get a brief taste of Spring the next couple days then the weather is going to be hanging right around freezing and switching back and forth from rain to snow the rest of the week. Sigh. Ready for full on Spring.

Hope the game is good for all those who watch.

Another party tonight. That is 4 in a row, good tasting, but bad for you junk foods, and the scale has shown it.

Good week to all!

If you had more time I'd recommend a trip to Andersonville, GA. The United States POW museum and the largest Confederate POW camp. Made an observation at the National Cemetery there. American's have been getting larger over the past couple of centuries. In the original section(s) the headstones are literally inches apart. As time progresses you can tell that the size of the graves got larger. Saw something similar on a prison tour years ago.

Don't know if you'll be close to Lookout Mountain but if you are go to Rock City and go visit my favorite rock formation - Fat Man Squeeze!

LW 222

CW 223.4

Finally feel like I am back on a normal schedule after the flights to and from New Zealand over the holidays. I had a good 10 days or so where I was sleeping much more than normal.

This is a milder than normal winter by Chicago standards, but it is still winter. Looking forward to Spring Break. We are going to Nashville and visiting some of the Civil War battle sights in Southern Tennessee and Northern Mississippi.

Have a great week, all.
