ferritin recheck, plan for future

went in for my ferritin recheck this morning. should have the results by wednesday. last month my level was 7, curious to see what it will be today.

been spending time yesterday and today checking and double checking recommendations for supplementing. think i have a good list of dosages/times/frequency for my supplements. also will start adding protein supplementation back into my diet.

anxious to get paid saturday and get my tax return soon to be able to do all the nutritional shopping i need to do...
