Sneaky sweets

I have a sweet tooth and I also have a problem with constipation. My solution? Fiber One Haystack Cookies. I melt a 12 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips with about 1/3 cup of peanut butter, then add a scoop of protein powder and mix with a sleeve of Fiber One Original. I freeze them and have one every night. They are surprisingly good and I get a good amount of fiber and protein.

What are your "sneaky" ways to get in the nutrients you need?

Everyone is different, but for me I wouldn't eat chocolate chips. Sugar causes me excessive hunger and carb cravings.

No way would I be able to manage this combo. I am way too much of a compulsive eater with a thing for peanut butter & chocolate. But good for you! My best tool for constipation is adding a tablespoon of flax seeds to my morning protein shake. Really does the trick and doesn't taste bad. (But not as good as pb & chocolate!)
