Vitamins and Calcium chews
Hi All, have a question (curious really), how much of vitamin and calcium chews do your absorb?
I am 8 years out. Figured i would try the chews, my tummy is giving me issues with the tablets.

Thank you for the great and helpful thread here! As for me, I have been using the supplements and vitamins from Canadian Pharmacy for me, and I would like to get some tips and reviews about them here from you. Thank you a lot in advance for the help, guys :)
