thanks!!!!!

at 7 weeks you should be able to try meat, fish, chicken, all cooked very moist. canned tuna n chicken , ricotta cheese with marinara sauce and cheese heated is good. Wendy's chili or homemade is good.

You want to think dense protein and low carb begs.

Stay away from casseroles. Most are calorie bombs.

I had the Gastric Sleeve - not sure how to update the surgery type on my profile.  I got a very vague one page sheet on what to at. Liquid, then Full Liquid, Soft Dairy, Soft Vegetables, Scrambled Eggs, Chicken.  I was hoping someone who has been ther, done that had a bit more of a pattern for me to follow.

Wow...so prior to surgery you weren't given week to week instructions on what foods to eat/add as you progressed?  I've never heard of that, so I have no idea.  I think perhaps your best bet is to post in the RNY specific forum, I bet you will get lots of info there.  Best of luck!

I did for a while too, its so hard, thought about going to a group to talk about it! Think it will help.. But I started cooking more stuff that I enjoy, I got a free rice sample recently http://www.wowfreestuff.co.uk/free-amira-basmati-rice-sample / and its really good! so made some spinach, vege, chicken and rice with some herbs and spices was really good....

Topic: RE: Eating Constantly

It has already been said: once you'll proceed to solids, things will change.

As for changing tastes: mine didn't change with a few exceptions (the thought of soy milk, soy yoghurt and drinking this 1,5% or skim milk in my coffee makes me want to gag).

Topic: Anyone have an Air Fryer?

These are supposed to fry foods with hot air, leaving them much lower in fat (of course) if using no oil. Does anybody here have one? If so, do you like it?

Thanks

VSG 11/17/16  down 18 lbs so far.

Hoping to rid myself of 100 lbs and health issues.

I use Orgain Organic protein. It is plant based and I believe vegan friendly. I have food allergies, along with a pesticide allergy and this one doesn't bother me at all.
