It has already been said: once you'll proceed to solids, things will change.
As for changing tastes: mine didn't change with a few exceptions (the thought of soy milk, soy yoghurt and drinking this 1,5% or skim milk in my coffee makes me want to gag).
These are supposed to fry foods with hot air, leaving them much lower in fat (of course) if using no oil. Does anybody here have one? If so, do you like it?
Thanks

Hoping to rid myself of 100 lbs and health issues.
I use Orgain Organic protein. It is plant based and I believe vegan friendly. I have food allergies, along with a pesticide allergy and this one doesn't bother me at all.
Hi! Any vegans here? What kind of protein do you eat after surgery that keeps you full? And that you digest well? I'd love to find solutions that aren't processed. I'm also struggling with finding vegan protein shakes. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!
When you get to solid proteins you will stay full much longer. I can eat a huge bowl of soup. It just runs right through the stomach. But when I eat meat of any type I can only eat 1.5-2ounces and stay full for hours.

Oh sure, you can use it anywhere you would use sugar. It's a little less sweet than sugar but measure and looks like it so you have to use about 1/3 to 1/2 more of it. I used to use 2 tsp of sugar in my coffee, I use 3 tsp of erythritol. You can bake with it and everything from what I read about it. I saw a post somewhere that a lady made a cheesecake with it and her family had no idea it didn't have sugar in it.
Before surgery I used it in my hot cereal as well. After surgery my taste buds seem to be different, I actually prefer sucralose in hot cereal now. If you watch carbs, it is 4 carbs per serving, but they are sugar alcohol carbs so your net carbs are zero and it doesn't affect blood sugar if you're diabetic (like me).
Does it work with non coffee stuff? I'm not a coffee drinker.
