(Sorry, i don't know much about lapbands or your condition). I'm a Weight Loss Technician and a Personal Awareness Motivator. I have turned lives around very easily by giving people a different way to look at things. If you're losing 2 lbs a month you don't know the full potential of your body...and neither does your doctor. Your diet will become drastically more successful once you start to think differently. Ive been having a hard time with maintaining my 64 oz of water daily but I am walking fine and moving. Recently I started my protein ready to drink muscle milk.... I had about 4 oz in about 20ish mins... im feeling really sick now... headache and nausea gurgling in my stomach and chest/throat....
Is this normal? Does this subside?
Obviously when we do eat we can only consume very small amounts but I was under the understanding that Salad was a no no even in small amounts. Is anyone out there eating small salads and if so does it have any complications or does it help?
hi, my drs office told me I could a multivitamin from WalMart or any store just if it says 1 you need to take 2.

Hi, I'm just short of 3 weeks post op, and I'm wondering the opposite, really: I can't get in all my protein, nutrients and water. I feel ridiculously full at the end of each day.
to answer your question about protein, though, not all protein is the same. I can't eat casein protein because it gels in the stomach/pouch and breaks down too slowly. You might want to try it. A serving should keep you feeling full for 3-4hours.
