Yup. Funny.

I love going to DSW. I love that store.I would check for an app for coupons first.I think Zappos are kind of pricey you can usually get shoes for less than that website.Baretraps are comfortable and so are Born.I cruise the clearance rack first than go through the store.I am addicted to shoes.
I do like Toms but they are casual.I also love Sanuks I found them on Amazon. I have huge feet so when I find shoes in my size I sometimes buy two or three pairs if they are comfortable.
Zulily has a lot of sales online to.Now I am thinking about shoes.
Zappo's online. Super selection, super fast service, used them for years.

My 10 just call me Anne. I like it that it is simple. They call my husband Pop-Pop. Age range at this point is 25 down to 8.
They are just the best. It is so much fun watching them grow and develop, and they all have good, thoughtful, involved parents. They live close enough that we see them a lot, and we often get together as a whole group. I am blessed.
Of course, the best part now is that we can give them back at the end of the day! The parents have to do the major work, whew! Though we help out a lot.
I'm grateful that thanks to my surgery and what managing it well has done for my health, we can play and do things together full out.

It's going to be Ghana to do some volunteer work. A good friend of mine adopted a village there about ten years ago and has gotten them a school and a health clinic along with many other things- it's her passion. She just decided out of the blue that that was what she was going to do. She had never traveled anywhere, but just up and did it. I love her to pieces. We will be going with some other friends, there will probably be about six of us.
I don't think many people here have an experience of what profound poverty is. I used to work in inner city projects, and the people there are comparatively a lot better off than much of the rest of the world.
What has been so moving to me is how people who are in the worst of cir****tances have a joyful attitude about life.

I haven't actually had anyone say anything to me..but I saw a post on my Facebook page the other day about the new lunch menu's for the kids that pay for/qualify for lunch at schools. Mind you, I live in TN and some of the families are very poor..that lunch may be the best meal they get all day..but the stuff I was reading kinda blew my mind. They wanted max calories to keep their kids weight up and didn't care how that happened and were very put out that the new guidelines for kids school lunches is to include more fruit and veggies.
