Good Morning Everyone

Not much on my plate today.ave 3 more weeks till I go back to work so am just now trying to get some things done round the house.  Have a good day!

lots of coffee
12:00 - 1/2 pack oatmeal, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2c yogurt, 5 strawberries
2:30 - 1c yogurt
3:00 - apple and 2 babybell
6:00 - not sure

30 min treadmill

 Good morning!!!!!!!

Nothing planned- which is generally a bad thing for me... i tend to reach for carbs when I dont plan... look at yesterday.. GAH!

sooooooooo today:

breakfast: 3 eggs yolk with cheese
snack: yogurt with protein powder
lunch: cesar salad
snack: vanilla protein shake mixed with 1/2 a banana and pb
dinner: not sure but something lite.... REALLY not hungry but i have tons of protein i can have
snack: maybe some fruit- like an orange mmmmm

going for the 8c's of water, to get in all vits, and try for 20 min of exercise since i've been slacking the last 2-3 wks

work today.  I ate and snacked too much last week.  Nice fresh start today:

b - latte, yogourt
s - protein shake
l - pasta e fagioli
s - mini brie
d - salmon and veggies
s - ?
   
      weight loss includes 25 lbs before optifast

Good morning.  Woke up to a crazy blanket of the dreaded white stuff outside today.  Just when I was starting to see grass and plan spring cleaning.....ugh!

Have appts today but that's about it. 

B - Protein shake

S - baby bell cheese, piece of turkey deli meat

L - not sure, in need of spring mix/salad fixings, i miss my salad, so maybe will pick a salad up, if not, will eat protein of some sort

S - protein bar

Su - pork tenderloin, veggies

S - nsa jello, cheese, deli turkey
