Family members can share a membership.  I am in TO and my mom is in Windsor and we have shared a membership for years.  She used it alot when my dad was alive and often just went in for milk, cream, yogurt and ready made rotisserie chicken.

I buy protein shakes and bars,  unsalted raw almonds, walnuts, TP, milk, yogurt, eggs, no sugar added healthy choice ice cream bars on a stick, salmon, chicken, liquid calcium, batteries, socks, bought great pair of yoga pants last year - 2 for 1 price, wrapping paper is really a great value, laundry detergent and softener. Can never get out of there under $150

I get my Greek yogurt at any store that sells President's choice products. I like their brand better, and it is cheaper!

at Costco i get the protein drinks and bars, boneless chicken (best price), I looked for the G2, and yes we can have it, but they didn't have it, the plain one only and i couldn't find the quinoa there.  Yes i find it worth it, my closest one is in Ajax and i can drop in on my way home.  I paid 43 or 4 8 for my membership, I can't remember but you can check their website.

The brand is actually called "Baked Bars"; there are 2 flavours in the box.
Not all locations seem to have them.

I buy Jamieson Mega Cal calcium (Swiss milk chocolate soft chews.) They are much cheaper there and taste good. I liked the Premier Protein shakes before surgery but since surgery I can not stand them . I had bought 2 cases and gave both of them away. I buy my Greek yogurt at Independent Grocer. I found my tastes have changed since surgery so don't buy to much of one thing.  Good luck on your journey.

Turkey bacon - the best ever! It's in a while box, in the fridge section with other meats/bacon.
Baked bars - protein bars; you can heat them up in the microwave a bit and they taste like warm brownies.
Babybell cheese
Greek Yogurt
Bean salad
Almonds

I notice that everyone is mentioning that they buy greek yogurt. I've seen it but been afraid to try because of the amount of sugar. Does anyone experience dumping from eating it?

By the way, I LOVE Costco. It's my absolute fav store. I like to buy the laughing cow cheese, feta cheese, cold cuts, shrimp wonton soup, butter chicken (my fav!), their chicken breasts, ground beef. I just go crazy there. The have a great selection of items.

I get the plain greek yogurt; there is no sugar.
