Yes, the plain 0%.  Check the label.  If you get a flavoured variety, the sugars go up and up.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

I love me some Crackco, oops Costco!

In addition to the Fresca turkey bacon and Weider Baked Bars I introduced to Rosiesmile, I also get:

- nuts (mixed in the large container, raw almonds/pecans/walnuts, and the Blue Diamond almond packs)
- dried fruit - has no added sugar
- mini cucumbers
- hummus
- rotisserie chicken
- turkey pepperoni
- calcium citrate
- vitamin D
- clothes
- water bottles - they usually have a 3-pack of  the BPA-free reusable plastic bottles that each hold 24oz
- frozen chicken, shrimp and fish
- Oh Yeah protein bars - delicious
- beef jerky
- gluten free crackers - Mary's Organic brand
- gluten free spaghetti
- quinoa

I hope so, haven't checked in the past few trips since I have a nice little stockpile. I'll have to check next time.

I recently just got the $50 membership and I think it's worth it, even if I only go once a month. I get the premier protein shakes and honestly they are the best ones I've tasted.I'm thinking about trying the boxed protein bars, good price on babybel cheese and their meat is amazing. Happy shopping!

I make a trip to Costco now about 1x a month. I buy:

Premier Protein Shakes
Cheddar (21g individually packaged servings)
Greek Yogurt
Water (they have the 30 bottle cases)
Taralle (hard round breadsticks - these are for my dad)
Laundry Items - soap & fabric softener

I'll be heading there before Thanksgiving to buy some desserts to bring to my brother's house. And I'll be buying Proferrin for the 1st time too.

I don't have a membership but I am going to get one. Milk at my local supermarket is $4.99 at Costco it is $4.19 so a savings of $0.80 which doesn't sound like much but we go through 2 bags a week which is $1.60 over a year is $83.20, right there the membership has paid for itself (as long as I am shopping there consistently).
