Hi all, pouch has been irritated for the last few days if I eat or drink ANYTHING... been feeling a bit nauseated.  I've seen a few people post that can happen so am not panicking.  Still getting in my protein though, gotta stay on the program!
Gonna try the following today:

B- 1/2 banana, Coffee Decaf w/ milk

S- 1 cup 1% Milk

L- Turkey Breast, on 1/2 slice toasted WW bread

S- Turkey pepperette, 1/4 cup sliced peaches

D- Campbells Bean & Bacon soup (1 cup)

S- Other half of the Turkey Sandwich, 1/4 cup apple juice

Decaf Coffees & Tea & Vites & Calcium as required!

Have a great Friday!

Have you called the clinic to mention this?  I would.  It's better to be safe then sorry.  Def. watch for other symptoms, like fever.  Not trying to be a fear-monger, just reminding you to be vigilant in listening to your body.  Hope you feel better soon.  PS...Bean and Bacon Soup?  Yummmy!  :)

Thanks for the advice, Marny.  I did just call and they said as long as I'm staying hydrated & the protein is staying down, I could wait it out for a while.  Maybe it's the flu? I did have a serious case of the chills a few days ago and fell asleep in the early evening.  Thanks for the suggestion anyway.  I feel better for asking.

What a day!
Up at 6 to get ready for work.
Got 1/2 hour of work done, then all hell broke lose.
We were putting on our annual Christmas Concert at work today and broadcasting it via videoconference to all the regional offices as well, AND we were doing it twice.

Of course yours truly had to herd the cats (errr ... the choir) and arrnage the auditorium and sew the sashes and write the speaker's notes and and and ... oh, and of course sing.

Then there were two other presentations to run, some techhie guy from Head Office brought me a new laptop which had to be intialised (like I had time for that!) and then another rendition of the concert for the late shift folks.

In between I was running around trying to do my actual job (what a concept).
They had to bring me water and some sugar at about 11:30 cuz I fainted (well - kinda sagged and went all pale and gaspy) from running around too much.

It's closing time and I am DONE IN.

B - 1 slice multigrain toast w margarine and honey, cup of coffee
S - Greek joghurt w blueberries
L - bowl of chili

That's it.

Wonder why I was faint????
