I agree with ann w - the bayer calcium citrate petites are the way to go for sure - i used chewable calcium carbonate for the first 6 weeks then switched to these petities

Surgery Date - AUGUST 22, 2011 - Ran first 5KM Race - Oct 14, 2012 (28 min) - Currently maintaining a healthy 190 lbs and training for my first half marathon in the summer of 2013

Toni...I just came back from Ogdensburg last night..I made a run to Walmart for Centrum Chewables, and Citracal Petites + Vit. D...they are easy to swallow....I personally didn't do well remembering the liquid...I do much better with the pill form for some reason!! Patti K.

I use Calcium Citrate in a capsule form, never had a problem getting them down

I just buy the regular Calcium Citrate and chew them up. They are a little chalky but have no taste at all. I even prefer this to the Bariatric Advantage Chewable Calcium now because those are huge.
