Oh i have the WORST gag reflex! I gag brushing my teeth! I am determined too once I start.

Great! Glad you are getting through OF OK.  Which hospital are you having your surgery at?

OMG, can you believe that your surgery date is just around the corner?  You are only 3 days behind me at TWH, but I'll probably get released on the day you have your surgery, so I'll wish you all the best right now!

Oh Brenda !  I am so happy for you - you will be on the other side before you know it!  Great job on Optifast - I liked it so I didn't have any issues either.

Although, I had the same dream you did.  I was shopping in a grocery store and they had some sample treats on top of a counter as you picked up the buggy.  I just reached over, grabbed one and popped it into my mouth.  As I was munching on it, thinking to myself how wonderful it tasted, I realized I couldn't eat it!  Then I went searching for a napkin or a garbage can to spit it out and I woke up!  Funny eh?
