Toni,
You look amazing and i would say your stats(ie. weight & inches lost )are also amazing. I am 8 months out and have only lost 70 lbs, but although my weight loss has stalled, i continue to go down in sizes. Probably because i am in a pretty intense work out regime and what with muscle weighing more than fat.... Anyway....long story short....don't be so hard on yourself.....celebrate your successes....i'm so happy for you and remember onederland is just a number....concentrate on how great you feel and look.

Congrat's on your 6 month post-op anniversary.

Nothing like some free therapy to help cleanse your head....I certainly hear you though about the headaches....think it must be the weather cause I've been down with some massive migraines lately.

My free therapy for you....try and be patient with the weight loss....you are doing amazing

I have reached my goal weight ..... and LOVE my RNY !!!!!!!!!
