Monday Weigh-In
I only started about only a month ago to start moving...now I walk about 2km 2-3 times a week or if it rains, I'll do it on the treadmill or will do my bike instead of treadmill....very light exercise...lol...but I can tell that I want to start doing more, I'm not pushing myself to do anything, whatever comes or feel like doing, I will do.

The positive side of a stall is when you body finally releases the weight it was holding on to...
I dropped 4.6lbs this past week... amazing, considering everything.

TW: 200.2....
Sooooo close to Onderland... I expect to arrive there later this week...
