NSV & SV
Good Morning Everyone!
I know I have a few posts to catch up on, I missed keeping up last week. I was on a virtual course, and trying to do my regular job, and for part of the week my Manager's job at the same time. Let's just say I'm glad to be back doing just my regular job.
Now on to the real reason I'm putting up this post. First the SV, this morning I weighed myself at 219.2 lbs. I have officially met the goal of being under what I weighed when I graduated High School (I was 220). I was extatic this morning! I even weighed myself twice to be sure.
Due to my budget and lack of fashion sense (or fashion confidence), I don't have much that is "dressy" for summer. On Sunday, I had to go to my DH's cousin's bridal shower. Well, my outfit wasn't hobo, but it wasn't really dressy, so my MIL was kind enough to loan me a blouse to wear for the afternoon. It was one of those shear ones that you wear with a camesole. Well, it fit. The camesol was form fitting, and the shear blouse may not have been as loose as it could be, but it fit and didn't look that bad. What made this an NSV is my MIL wears a Medium. I don't even recognise that size, let alone thought I could wear it. 2 years ago, I was in about a 4X depending on cut. Now I can squeeze into a medium.
With having both of these at the same time, I just had to share.
Have a great Monday everyone!
