What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Well. I am embarassed to admit that I am having McDonalds this morning. THAT'S RIGHT PEOPLE, MCDONALDS. LOL I'll account for it the remainder of the day. Good gawd, McDonalds. Ahhh well. Life too does carry on.
B - bwahhhhaaa.... bacon and egg mcmuffin (the whole thing thus far), hash brown, large coffee with milk
S - uhhh... I think not.
L - 21g cheddar, assorted veggies and dip
S - yeah right
D - chicken breast, raw veggies, FF dressing
Oh my lord. Hopefully I made up for this morning's transgression. Good thing I'm 6 years out. Whew.
ETA: Ok. So I didn't eat the whole thing. 3/4 at best. Now I feel like ****e.

Wow that is a big breakfast. I don't think I could eat that much. I am having a big (for me ) lunch today. Usually do not have bread of any kind but just wanted a treat yeaterday for dinner and having the rest today.
b. greek yogurt with raspberries
s. baby bel light
lunch 1/2 pita pizza with pesto, brocolli, chicken and goat cheese
s. protein muffin
d. scallops I didn't have last night
s. we'll see
I am biking 12k home today so figure I will burn some of that pizza. I have been pretty dizzy after exercise lately. Think it's time to check my blood pressure again.

I am not embarassed to say I had McDonalds this morning
...yes I did as I do several times a week. I had Oatmeal
B -Venti Skinny Cinnamon coffee with scoop of protein and oatmeal
S - protein bar with 20 grams of protein
L - I don't know yet, but usually it's a grilled chicken and a side salad
D - no clue, time is a constraint tonight so I may just have 3 Laughing Cow cheese portions on 2 pieces of Wasa rye and some veggies
and hey...what are we if not NORMAL to digress on OCCASION, last week I had a butter tart...I don't beat myself up about it..but I do only have (one)
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

S1- oh yeah protein bar, 2 full fat babybel
D- chicken breast, 1 tbsp hellman's half fat mayo, baby spinach, 2 baby carrots, slice tomato, 1/2 a low carb tortilla
S2- Chocolate brownie quest bar
Totals: Cals 1206, carbs 77g, fat 57g, protein 112g
