So happy to hear you're on the mend (but irritated for you that you had less than stellar care while in hospital.)

Hoping your health improves quickly... enjoy those simple carbs while you can. Who would have thunk it... doctor prescribed junk food!

I am so glad you are doing better. I would write a strongly worded letter to the hospital administrator ...Give them **** ...so to speak. Enjoy the KD.

Ack!! Karen!! So glad to see you on the board!!! I was so worried about you!!! I know I have been MIA for the last 2 months, and you probably missed me, but really, this was quite the desperate plea for attention. Sheesh! hahaha But- seriously...Phewf! That is some scary stuff Miss Thing. Good thing you are the tough cookie that you are. Enjoy the Kraft dinner, and heal well. I hope you never have to go through anything like that again! And I hope that I get to see your smiling face again soon. BTW...Loved the bit about Kirby. My cat is just the same. He is such a tease- just sits there are cute and fluffy, but heaven forbid you make a move to pet him. He's gone in the blink of an eye. "OOOOH NOOO...you can't have this fluffiness, you can't" HUGS!!!

So glad you're okay! Wow, that sounds like an awful ordeal in ER. And the green puke, OMG. Awful awful!
