Kick Carbs to the Curb - Day 1
Day one of our KCC challenge! Today is all about full fluids - protein shakes, milk, yogurt, sf puddings and jello, cream and broth soups, etc.
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - protein shake
L - cream of tomato soup, G2
S - sf vanilla pudding
D - protein shake
S - sf pudding, sf jello, cup of tea

(... and this was a particularly heavy day carb-wise...)
Guess I'll be trying for tomorrow, too. I'm skipping the two liquid days and will do 5 protein heavy days instead. I just need to refocus.


Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Going to try to start this. Had a shake this morning, and shortly after trying to bring it back up. If I don't do the same with the next one, I'll be in. Not sure why I reacted to it. I actually didn't mind it going down. May have had some extra acid due to nerves this morning, had a meeting at the school with a couple people about my son. Hoping that is what caused the weird reaction.
Plan today:
B - Shake
10am shake
2pm shake
after hockey, soup
S - sf pudding, yogurt.
