Sadly, I've been very remiss, haven't I!

OH is causing me difficulties with copy/paste for some reason! Grrr! I'll have to post about angels first, then the surgery list. lol

If you would like to be added to the angel list, please let me know. What is an angel? It is someone from the forum who will check in with your family/support person on the day of your surgery to see how you're doing and then post about you on the board. It doesn't have to be someone who lives near you - it's usually just someone you've connected with here on the forum. They can also be somewhat of a mentor, offering support and advice to you when needed. Our current angel list:

Hi Karen. I'd like to be added to the Angel list. I'm in Scarborough.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
