First of all, thank you for sharing your success.

It's been 4 mos. post-surgery. Do you think/feel that the surgery is still an aid at maintaining weight loss or is your success because of continued diligence?

i couldn't have done it without the surgery. it's a life style change and take efforts but well worth it. good luck in your journey. My best wishes are with you.
