What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Yay! When I checked in earlier this morning, nothing was working for me - glad it's back up now! I already got my walk in this morning (45 mins brisk walking at the track), because I'm having dinner with a friend tonight.
RNY, 6 Weeks Post-Op
B - 1/4 cup cream of wheat, 1 tbsp. protein powder, SF Torani brown sugar cinnamon syrup
S - 2 tbsp. prunes, 1/4 cup applesauce, metamucil. 1 cup protein shake later on.
L - 1/2 can tuna with 1 tbsp. mayo and mustard
S - Babybell cheese
D - 1/2 a portion of Pineapple Mahi Mahi from Casey's (took a look at the website to figure out what I'd order in advance).
S - 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter, 1 cup SF Chocolate Pudding, 1 tbsp. protein powder.
Totals for today - 868 calories, 51g carbs, 24g fat, 103g protein

Almost 11 months post op.
B- Greek Yogurt, Hemp hearts, blueberries, bran buds
L- I can't remember, but it was a frozen dinner with beef, veggies and potatoes. Roughly 210 cals
S- Hummus and crackers
D- Blue menu butter chicken frozen dinner.
s- 1tbsp PB and 1tbsp SF jam
I hate that I have a tv dinner for two of my meals today, but I have two jobs to work at today so I don't have time to cook.
Glad the site is back up! I guess it came back up long before I logged in this evening - I was trying for a while this morning and gave up.
Didn't do a whole lot today - just one 20 minute walk, which is kind of short for me. But the day isn't over yet - maybe I'll go out for another one after supper tonight. Had a friend visit this afternoon, so that was nice.
I haven't felt like eating much today. I know, that's every day now, but especially today. But I was quite tired today as well, so I had a long nap this morning that cut way into my eating and drinking time. So everything got shifted way down, and I have fallen way behind on the food plan I plugged into MFP today. Just one of those days, I guess. At least I've been good with my vitamins, and I'll get in my bare minimum of 60g protein. And strangely enough, I've managed to drink more water today than usual.
3 WEEKS POST-OP - PUREE DIET
Breakfast - Premier Protein Shake
Long nap after breakfast, until about 1 p.m.
Lunch/Snack (around 2 p.m.) - Small applesauce cup with 1/2 oz Dubliner cheese
Dinner - 1 serving of leftover shrimp curry with 1/4 cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt
Snack - Glass of milk
DAILY TOTALS:
- 60g protein, 12g fat, 11 carbs, 486 calories
- Walking 20-40 minutes (hopefully 40)
- All vitamins, 1 dose Prevacid
- 4 glasses of water at least
