You look great. I too am doing the Resolution Run on Dec 31 in Ottawa. I am down 97lbs and am 13 from my goal. It is a tough time of year and I thought the run would be a good way to get through it. Good luck!!

Congrats on your success!!!   You look amazing by the way!  I'm just starting my journey and I just have a question for you, because you look so amazing, do you have a lot of extra skin hanging, because from your picture you really don't look like you do.  How have you did it?  Sorry for being so noisy but 117 lbs and 74 inches, wow!

Hi there... no, not a lot of excess skin... but I definitely have some there. I'm still losing as well, so I'm not sure how much of it I can truly expect to get rid of... but I credit the skin retention I have experienced to my 100% committment to drinking a minimum of 8 cups of water per day. I never miss that target, and I think my reward is my skin bouncing back nice and firm. That and my running... stretching, and toning exercises.
