Getting a little discouraged!
I am still pre-op so not quite sure on this subject, however from reading previous posts on this matter I would venture out and say you are more then likely losing inches. Step away from the scales and measure your arms, waist, hips, legs etccc, you will find those numbers decreasing. Keep your spirits up

Trust me I am in the same boat because I had surgery January 10 th it was like a magic machine the scale that is ... I would get on and always down it was wonderful ... however our bodies catch up and then say hey what is going on here and like to screw with us lol
your inches are still coming off and its working don't worry.
If your worried call the dietician but they will tell you the scale is not supposed to be obsessed over ... hang in there and keep smiling.

HI
I am almost 4 months out and I weigh myself every couple of weeks, and I take my measurements monthly. My first month I weighed myself every week, and noticed many weeks where the scale did not budge.
Don't worry, it will happen!
I have read on here that to shake things up, increase your protein. I aim for 90 grams a day. I am also exercising 3x a week at the gym (spin and ab classes), and those days I try to drink more water.
I know many of us want to lose all the weight as fast as possible to get to goal, but I think slow and steady (ok, 50 lbs in 4 months is not so slow), but it may make the sagging skin less of an issue, or at least I can dream!

Don't worry about the calories so much - worry about the protein. :) The dietitian told me last week that I should keep my protein above 70g these days, so I'm making sure to do that - in fact, I try to keep it between 80 and 100. (Usually closer to 80 than 100!)
I've had a bit of a slow down myself here and there this month (after I hit the 3 month mark) but the scale is still moving down, so I'm not worried.
I'm also finding myself adjusting a bit on the carbs and fat - sometimes a little more or less of them helps move the scale. Right now it's a little less. I was finding if I ate too little during the day, my weight would stall, probably because my metabolism would crash. But I think maybe I overdid it the other way and started eating a little more than my body could handle. So I'm sticking around the 750-950 range now, depending on how I'm feeling that day and how much energy I have, etc. I find that changing it up and adjusting this or that when I'm noticing a slow down helps the scale move again.
I don't know if any of this will work for you, because I'm just feeling my way myself, but it seems to be working for me lately.
Good luck!

today was grocerie day for me so I found a few good protein snacks like a tuna and cracker snack kit,I salted nuts and meat sticks so I'm going to try them out because they would be handy for snacks at work! I'm going to focus more on my protein intake instead of my calories! I track all my food intake on myfitnesspal and after reading all your posts today I looked up how much protein I ate and it was only 36g so I definitely need to increase that! Anyways Thankyou all for your tips and for letting me know that I'm not the only one in a stall right now lol Even if we are in a stall, doesn't it feel good to know your eating way better and treating our bodies so much better!
Just be careful of nuts, they have a lot of fat in them. I eat nuts regularly, but I stick to between half an ounce and one ounce (usually half an ounce) because of the fat content in them.
