Costco's kirkland 0% 5 sugar or Liberte 0% 5 gm sugar. i add fruit and home made granola. Great after sugar because of the high protein.

I love the individual sillhouette or source for snacks

I never had yogurt in my life until after this surgery. I could not stomach the sensory feeling and after taste of yogurts.

Now I eat - and enjoy the Iogo varieties. They are all natural and they don't have that - sometimes typical - after taste.

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

I love the no sugar added blueberry Iogo yogurt (but I can't find them in regular grocery stores). I came across them in a small salad bar I go to for lunch sometimes. If anyone finds them in stores lemme know!!

Yogurt is something I buy every time I grocery shop, and I have tried virtually all brands.  For the past 2 years or so I have mostly bought greek yogurt, as it is higher in protein, and recommended by my bariatric weight loss doctor.  Here are my faves by category:

Protein/low fat: Liberte 0% plain greek yogurt

Consistency/creaminess: Astro plain Greek Yogurt 2%

Flavoured yogurt:  Iogo no sugar added yogurt in the little cups.  Especially the mandarin one.  Yum

I really wish liberte would make individual greek yogurts that are also sugar free - that would be awesome!

I like oikos greek yoguart, plain then I can add just splenda or fruit and splenda, or a little granola, or add fruit and granola.

Orrrrr! For something a little different, you can take:

1/2c plain greek yoguart

1/2c cottage cheese

1tsp vanilla

1 packet of splenda

Blend it all together until smooooth and Enjoy! You can even have 1/2c of this mixture and add some fresh berries!

Soooooo yummy! :D
