Opti-pudding

Optifast mixed with half the usual amount of water. Kind of a weird texture but at least it feels like solid food

This was a lifesaver for me while on opti. I would always blend it with ice in my magic bullet so it would be even thicker like a really thick milkshake/pudding thing.  My favourite was to add rootbear sf lorann flavouring from bulk barn added to vanilla opti, but coconut extract with some cocoa powder added was a close second.  It is not really like pudding, I know, but it feels more solid and helps with that empty feeling.

I did that the whole 3 weeks I was on optifast. You are right it makes you feel like you are having real food.

Just remember to drink another water so you don't get dehydrated/constipated/etc.

Thanks for the tips, ladies! Note to self: check out bulk barn and drink extra water!
