Good Morning All, Hope everyone had a great weekend. Yesterday was not a good food day for me. For lunch I ventured 2oz roasted pork loin minced, with little bit gravy. It did not sit well, I spent the next few hours vomiting it up, a bit at a time. My tummy was sore after that, so I just stuck with my protein shakes the rest of the day. Was not pleasant. Tummy feeling better today, so I will stick to food I know will sit ok.
B- 1 poached egg
L- Source greek, strawberry
D- 2 oz boneless skinless chicken thigh in broth.
S- Syntrax fuzzy naval shake, Premium protein shake

Have a good day.

Sorry to hear about the gut troubles. Pork can be very difficult to digest at the best of times (though never ham or bacon, go figure lol). You may want to try pork tenderloin once you're up to it again, my gut seems to like it a lot better than any other cut of pork.
