Oh my goodness! I tried it today and I was pleasantly surprised!!! I too am not a caramel girl, but it was very palatable. However, it tasted kind of chemically at the same time. Hard to explain...

I love it. It's my go to. I used to drink the chocolate but can't stand it anymore. It's vanilla or caramel for me and I'm not a caramel girl.

Good morning strangers!
It seems like ages since we've done a menu post even though it was only a few weeks ago. Where did everyone disappear to? The holidays were busy for me so I hope to be posting more often now that everything is back to a normal routine. I hosted our final Christmas on Sunday.
QOTD: What was your favorite Christmas gift this year? Mine was the Fitbit Inspire HR - it reminds me to take walks, I can track my food/calories/water and it gives me reports of activity, sleep, heart rate constantly.
B - greek yogurt
S - boiled egg
L - shaved turkey breast, cheese, grainy mustard roll-up
S - small grapefruit
D - leftover spiral ham, cauliflower, mushroom sausage pinwheel
S - turkey pepperettes (if hungry)

I bought premiere on sale for $28.99 at Costco yesterday. I picked up a case of Caramel yesterday to try it. I haven't tried it yet. I like the chocolate one but at room temperature. Have you tried it? What did you think? What would you rate it out of ten? Thanks!

The fact that they don't respond should give you just cause to double think going out of country. What happens if you have a complication? When I had my TT years ago it was at the 3 yr mark that I had wound problem. What about post op care once home? what about revisions? Do you need to go back to Cuba. My PS is always getting calls for help for people who went out of country. Many surgeons wont touch a patient who had surgery from another. What if you need wound care? Do they have someone who can order home care?
Lots of thing to question and ask about. I use USculpt in Vaughan On. I know if I have any issues they are there for me. Cheaper is not better.
Hello. New here! 31 year old female living in the Toronto area. About 7 days post-op. Was wondering if anyone else had a similar surgery date and wanted to connect?
I have used Nioxin 5 for five years. Still use it after my rny on October 1, 2019. Also take Biotin. Fingers crossed l don't lose to much hair. Have not noticed a change yet. I have angel hair. Very thin strands. I was told to cut it shorter. Less stress on the hair strand.
Hi Nancy,
It wasn't that I am not proud of my weight loss because I am, and intend on working hard for the rest also! My work is far from over but I require this step to be able to continue the progress.
I am glad to have such caring and supportive veterans giving me tools for research, and personal experience advice! I looked at the link for the surgeon you used and was impressed but Toronto may be a bit far for me in case I need followup appointments. I see my nurse practitioner next week, so am hoping to at least have her do a referral letter and get a free consult locally. If I don't feel comfortable at that consult then I will look for options further away.
Thanks so much for the empathy and assistance!
