I think we are going to hideout for the next couple days until the temps come down again. I still need groceries, but not badly enough to go out lol.

Dinner - leftover chicken
Snack - oatmeal bites
All water and vits.
Happy Friday everyone! They are forecasting a super hot day today so I think I'll just enjoy the A/****il I head to the gym and sweat it out tonight. My dad's birthday is this weekend so I'll be having family over for a BBQ on Sunday to celebrate.
B - boiled egg, strawberries
S - turkey kielbossa, cheese
L - chicken breast, salad
S - shrimp & sauce
D - protein shake ( after the gym)
S - sweet cherries

MMmmm raspberries. I tried to buy some out at a local berry farm this past weekend but they were sold out so I still bought strawberries. You are lucky I'm not your neighbour or you may see my hand sneak across the property line for a handful.

Nothing much planned for today -- a doctor's appointment and maybe some groceries. I'm so happy we finally got some rain but the humidity... Yuck lol. We have raspberry bushes in our garden and they have produced so much fruit this year. I swear the little nugget has eaten two pounds of berries this week. Hopefully with the rain we will get some more. I need to trim back our herbs as well -- we are going to have a lifetime supply of parsley.

Good morning menu peeps. Last night I had a session with my trainer at the gym which went very well, I can tell it's working since I feel it this morning. Yesterday was a crazy workday so hopefully today is a bit more relaxed. No plans tonight so I'll likely get my walk in and just chill for the evening.

Good morning foodies. Another beautiful weekend behind us and now it's back to the grind. Last night I got out for a nice walk after work and tonight I'm back to the gym for training session 3. This week should be fun with hour long sessions Tues,Wed and Friday. ![]()
QOTD: Do you have a favorite app? I would say my favorite is still Gasbuddy(station prices on fuel) but I also really like Flipp (local flyers) and most recently have added Myfitnesspal (food,exercise tracking)

Oh I am SW Ontario so not even close to Toronto. I'm sure there are probably lots to choose from in your area and I know some even provide childcare while you are working out if you find the right one.

I'm in East York. Around Main & Danforth. That's a great price especially if it includes the massage.
The one I am at is not a chain gym,,, just a local one and memberships start at 31.99/month. I chose the 39.99/ month one just to have the hydro massage since I never treat myself and that would be a great non-food reward. What area are you from?
