Here we go---sailing this boat together!

Morning Glories!

How's everyone doing? There's so few rowing our boat I think we'll need to add sails soon just to keep it moving.

Yesterday:

1 slice french toast with applesauce and 2 thin slices of bacon
2 pcs of roasted chicken
slice turkey w/ few bites of stuffing
2 pcs string cheese

Okay, off to get ready for the day. Hope yours is a great one!

Maybe everybody is busy with summer fun? Sailboat Sailboats are relaxing, hoist the sails.

S - going to try another cantalope. oops, I'll buy one, sit it on the counter for a couple of days as you suggested. Apple & PB today

  I'm still here..just tired of listing everything I eat....

  Yesterday was...
   protein shake ..1/2 cup cereal
   crackers with cheese
   salad with chicken speidies
   graham cracker with peanut butter
   blueberry juice, then graham cracker with peanut butter 
   protein bar
   crackers with cheese
   cereal with almond milk
  My weight is maintaining..but, the shot they give me does weird things to my stomach...!!!  Aw well..

   Nettie should have a good day today..its Friday the 13th and she does have the 7 black cats...

Good morning Susan.....I am still afloat!!!

Yesterday.....

B-deviled egg and grapes
L-chicken stir fry
D-chopped steak and mixed veggies
S-grrrrrrr.....popcorn....I just need to quit buying it...only one bag left!!

I lost 4.2 pounds this week so I am a happy camper!  Here's my menu for today:

B: Protein Decaf Coffee (25 g)
L: Cottage Cheese & Fruit Cup (7 g)
S: Carbmaster Yogurt (12 g)
D: Eating some of husband's meal at Red Lobster - probably some crab, shrimp or scallops & vegetable
