Understandably you have been thrown for a loop here. . .

B:  half of a w/w bagel with two wedges of laughing cow light

S:  Pear

L:  Salad with chicken and a little of my mac n cheese

S:  Yogurt and almonds

D:  Sausage, peppers and onions and a salad

S:  some prunes

Hello Susan....I don't blame you for not eating....so sorry!

Yesterday.....

B-Protein Bar
L-High protein drink
S-peaches
D- 2/3 c spaghetti sauce and  3 oz. cheesy meatball 
S- pretzel crackers with meds

Totally understand Susan...just do the best you can and give yourself permission if you need some comfort food. Do NOT beat yourself up. YOU are loved and appreciated. -hugs Debbie

Breakfast: Nothing, not feeling good (going for an xray tomorrow)
Did drink 3 large cups of coffee with pumpkin creamer
Lunch: Okay picked up grandson in Grand Rapids from Kindergarten and he had to go to McDonalds so I ended up eating half of a McDouble hamburger...I was hungry by then and out of control, got a grip on myself and gave the other half to my dog Jake! God bless Jake for helping me with Mindful Eating at that point! LOL
Dinner: Weigh****chers Frozen TV dinner (turkey and mashed potatoes and I love this one!)
Snack: apple
Snack before midnight cuz I'll be NPO after midnight: Grapes

Well ****: 

Breafast: made me some toast with butter and dropped it on the floor.  Bad me.

Snack:  had some cheese and dropped it in the floor.  Bad me.

Lunch: Two slices of lunch meat with no cheese no bread.

Snack:  protein bar.

Dinner: left over steak:  3 oz.  green beans: 1/2 cup

Snack will be some good ole cottage cheese.
