Monsoon Monday---what are you eating today?

Rain, rain and more rain during the night, which is to last all day and into tomorrow. Maybe a pot of soup???? What is it about stormy weather that makes us want comfort food? Its not raining in the house!

Anyway, here's what I know so far:

protein coffee x2

bkfst quesidilla on high fiber tortilla

1/2 meat loaf sandwich

Not sure about snacks and dinner. Depends on how long I'm at the med center for pre op appts.

B:  half of an omlet I had for breakfast yesterday w/1 slice of whole wheat toast

S:  small pear and 1 fig/date

L:  Chicken Livers with half of whole wheat bagel

S:  Yogurt

D:  Turkey Chili w/some cheddar

S:  dates/nuts

S-one small peanut butter cookie
   protein bar

Afternoon snack was a skinny vanilla latte

Dinner: cup hot and sour soup, Vietnamese spring roll

Breakfast: bagel with butter and 2 large cups of coffee...make that 3!
Lunch: homemade cold tuna salad with grapes and walnuts added for crunch
Dinner: loved the tuna salad so ate it again about 3/4 cup
Snack: apple x2
Right now I'm drinking some Crystal light

Today hasn't been a good day for me.  I left my lunch and snack food at home, so I had to make do with food from the food court.  

B:  1/2 English Muffin

S:  The other half

L: One chicken/bacon/ranch/tomato sammy

Snack: I was still eating on my sammy

D:  3 oz of minute steak minus the battered and fried crap.  1/3 cup of carrots

S: Imma have an orange
