Morning Crew!

Yesterday I stayed pretty darn close to plan....yay me! Now if I can get my butt moving I might be able to string something together here.

Today:

protein coffee x2

greek yogurt w/ 2 tbs low fat granola

latte

chicken thigh, sweet potatoes

split pea soup w/ ham

I think that's it. I'll let you know. Have a good day everyone!

Breakfast: Greek yogurt and later on 2 cups of coffee
Lunch: one hotdog
Dinner: Greek yogurt with handful of walnuts added to it.
Snack: banana
Snack: EAS Protein shake
