Ok, I think I understand. I think I'm struggling because I've always been apple/ruler shaped. So for me, I guess this isn't atypical? I have a more 'normal' womanly shape after plastics but I'm never going to be hourglass and even with augmentation my butt still fails to fill out most pants!

I know the degree of thigh lifts can vary, but having had a full thigh lift, I suggest having that in a separate surgery. Highest rate of minor complications of the surgeries.

Plus being able to use my arms to maneuver was crucial.

I am imagining her upper hip is now her widest point with the augmentation with less projection below that. So if your waistband hits at upper hip and everything below is smaller, then there is nothing to keep pants from sliding down. I had this problem pre-plastics when my stomach was my widest point. I didn't have to unbutton any of my pants to get them down.

I'm really struggling to imagine how it sits on your hips? Did you look at my recent post? You can see my butt? How would it flip down? I'm so confused, lol!

Crap, this means I?m going to need a revision. They sold me on this procedure in that it would flip down into the butt and fill it in. I never would have done it if I'd known it would look like this. I'd rather have no ass.

My pants all fall down. Because they sit on the augment which is still on my hips and there is nothing underneath. I thought it was going to drop.

Wow. I wasn't told not to bend. I live alone, so sometimes I have to bend. I have a cat that needs care. I woke this morning to an open incision! Sooo gross. They told me last Friday 3 out of 4 patients have this issue as the skin in the area of the surgery is already fragile. I am 3 weeks out. Still have both drains ?. I hope the right one comes out Tuesday. It finally stopped draining. I know it's going to hurt, but it will feel so good to have at least one out. The left one is going to be at least another week. I had massive blood loss during surgery, and hemoglobin went down to 7.4. It was only 8.3 last time they checked. Normal is 12-17. I am drinking a protein drink everyday and eating what protein I have. Still run 100 degree temp. This was way harder than they ever told me . I hope it will be worth it?

I have about 8 inches of openings. 4 inches on one thigh, 2 on the other, and 2 on my LBL. Apparently my body doesn't care for plastic surgery... It makes me very scared to even consider doing my arms.

I thought my butt had to drop too because it looked as u describe it but I found that it was actually swelling and once the swelling went away it was better. I have a slightly hollow spot mid Butt cheek and PS said exercise should fill it in

I had one spot that took a long time too! I think I was 10 weeks or so. It was frustrating, I agree!
