how hard was the thigh lift getting approval? have rashes. bruising in severely impacting issues in the "pelvic" region

One other important point. Have a face guy do face work. If your PS is doing a lower body lift, they don't specialize in faces.

I'm a guy and had most of my loose skin on my face and neck. It's pretty common post wls and the easiest way for me to tell someone lost a lot of weight.

Its really a combination of things to get your face back to normal scaling. A facelift alone would pull too much skin for many people, hence the obvious looking plastics out there.

For me it's a combination of a direct excision around the nasalabial folds (each side of face around nose) plus a lower facelift. Then you may need a filler like sculpture.

You have to do your own research as even PS's have limited experience for more than modest skin removal on face area.
