My favorite right now is the Chocolate Bariatric Advantage shake, make with unsweetened almond milk, with 2 tbsp of PB2 (powdered peanut Butter) and 1/4 of a frozen banana! So delish.

I mix up a whole jar's worth of protein powder at one time so all I have to do in the morning is dump the mixture into my Ninja and add ice and water.

Mocha Protein Shake

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 heaping teaspoon flavorless fiber powder
1 scant teaspoon chocolate sugar-free instant pudding (I like the Jello Chocolate Fudge flavor)
1 serving calcium citrate powder
1/3 cup powdered instant non-fat dry milk
1 heaping teaspoon instant coffee

Dump all ingredients in your blender, add about a cup of crushed ice and a cup of cold water. Blend and serve. I've found that if I use the small blender container, I get less foam.

So far I haven't found a favorite shake recipe other than the basic Bariatric Advantage brand protein powder in banana supreme.  I take 1 heaping scoop of the powder and 12 oz water, ice and shake in blender or place in electric blender.  mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
