I love the minty mocha taste so I make my own at home
2 scoops of mocha latte
12oz of FF milk (you can use soy, almond, or water)
1 tablespoon of Hershey syrup
Toriani sf peppermint syrup to taste
blend well and enjoy!
My favorite smoothie is the Vanilla/Peach smoothie.
One cup of frozen peaches (no sugar added)
One scoop of Vanilla whey protein (I like Body Fortress brand)
One cup of vanilla soy milk (I like 8th Continent or Silk)
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Blend together and enjoy!

Peachy Green Shake
1 cup, thawed peaches, frozen, sliced, sweetened
1/2 cup, unthawed strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
1/2 cup spinach

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Mix ingredients in a blender and enjoy
My favorite right now is the Chocolate Bariatric Advantage shake, make with unsweetened almond milk, with 2 tbsp of PB2 (powdered peanut Butter) and 1/4 of a frozen banana! So delish.
I mix up a whole jar's worth of protein powder at one time so all I have to do in the morning is dump the mixture into my Ninja and add ice and water.
Mocha Protein Shake
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 heaping teaspoon flavorless fiber powder
1 scant teaspoon chocolate sugar-free instant pudding (I like the Jello Chocolate Fudge flavor)
1 serving calcium citrate powder
1/3 cup powdered instant non-fat dry milk
1 heaping teaspoon instant coffee
Dump all ingredients in your blender, add about a cup of crushed ice and a cup of cold water. Blend and serve. I've found that if I use the small blender container, I get less foam.
My favorite recipe is from the Bariatric Foodie website:

1 tsp of PB2 powder
1 tsp sugar free chocolate pudding
1 packet Splenda
Ice
Blend up and enjoy this shake which taste like a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Frap!
My favorite shake recipe is a double shot of caramel. Click Caramel shake mix with SF caramel syrup. Add Almond milk and mix in blender. I don't add ice, i****ers down the flavor.

So far I haven't found a favorite shake recipe other than the basic Bariatric Advantage brand protein powder in banana supreme. I take 1 heaping scoop of the powder and 12 oz water, ice and shake in blender or place in electric blender. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
