I make something similar to another post.
1 One scoop of chocolate protein powder (I have to do no lactose or gluten)
8 ounces of almond milk
1 tablespoon of PB2 (or other dried peanut butter powder)
1 tablespoon of caramel s/f syrup
Mix it up YUM
Spicy Coffee-fix Iced Coffee
2 scoops coffee protein powder
10 oz cold, leftover brewed coffee (don't throw out the pot, put the leftovers in the fridge!)
2 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tsp sugar-free cinnamon syrup
2 drops Tobasco
6 ice cubes
Whiz it all up in a blender for a spicy, icy (protein) treat!
