Try genepro protein powder. You only need a tablespoon and it has 30 grams of protein in that 1 tablespoon. I ordered it and got it today. Today is the first time since surgery I have gotten 60 grams of protein in in a day. My first dose I mixed with hot tea not texture issues and no altered taste. 2nd dose I added to my refried bean again no altered taste. I love this stuff. Using this u can put it in any food u can keep Down so u can give your body time to heal. Hope this helps

I love refried beans and make them myself. Get a can of Goya pinto beans and dump into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add a little oil so they don't stick or cooking spray add to pan and coo****il heated all the way through. U can add onions if u want. I also top mine with mozzarella cheese. To add more flavor buy pork chorizo (it can b found at Wal-Mart where the cold tortillas are at) using 1/4 of the sausage per can of beans. using a fork fry it up without oil then add your blended beans and coo****il heated.  Awesome this is what I'm eating in my pureed stage.

If you write 'protein balls' in the search box (click on the little magnifying glass on the right-top of page) recipes come up.

I was wondering if there's a website where I can find recipes for 1 person since my family won't eat what I'm eating

Topic: Looking for Protein Balls

I had WLS 8 years ago. I am doing great and have gone from 330 to 165. But I miss protein balls and I can't remember how to make them...
