Great! I am looking to make smothered chicken. Lazy style though. Just gonna deep fry the wingettes then put in gravy with onions. Then let cook down for awhile..

Topic: Frozen Cherry Protein Whip

This one makes a great high-protein treat for those in the puree/mushy phase but is good enough for everyone in the house to enjoy!

 

 

Ingredients

1 Container Fage 0% Greek Yogurt,

4Tbsp Cool whip lite, 

1 cup Lite cherry pie filling, 

splenda to taste, 

1 Scoop Designer Whey Vanilla Almond Protein powder

 

Mix all ingredients using a hand blender to break down the cherries. Pour into individual cups. Freeze.

Serving Size: Makes 5 half cup servings

65 calories

7.1g protein

1 cup Oats
1 scoop Protein
1 cup Bananas
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Egg Whites

Mix ingredients well. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 350(F) degrees for 15-20 minutes.

**Note: Bake times are for regular size muffins. If making in mini muffin pans, the bake time may need adjusted.
