Topic: RE: Spinach-Gorgonzola Quiche Cups
I had to bump this. I have made this recipe several times as well as many others from her blog. I have not found a bad racipe yet. Not only things I like, but things my ehole family will eat, The first time I made these quiche cups they were gone in ten minutes and I realized next time I needed to double the recipe lol.

Topic: RE: PB2 Can you give me some info on this stuff?
I LOVE PB2.  Firsr had it almost a year ago.  I find the feel of it to be fine.  I like to mix it as directions state and make a sandwich with low calorie bread, 1 serving of PB2 mixed and a sliced apple.  Works for me!  Also great in shakes.  Haven't tried baking with it.  If you go to the website you can buy it in 1 pound containers much cheaper than the jars in the store.  I recently bought 4 pounds that, with S&H, came to about $40.  That saves a LOT!  I highly recommend this product!!!

Topic: Texas Cavier....YUMMY!
Give it a try....YUMMY!!! I add cabbage to this as well but instead of chopping my ingredients, I use my food processor and mince them up. Kinda like a pico de gallo...

Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together onion, green bell pepper, green onions, jalapeno peppers, garlic, cherry tomatoes, zesty Italian dressing, black beans, black-eyed peas and coriander. Cover and chill in the refrigerator approximately 2 hours. Toss with desired amount of fresh cilantro to serve.
