Topic: New Website
Hi everyone :) I've posted a few of my recipes on your forum in the past because they've really helped a family member of mine who had gastric bypass surgery with her weight maintenance and I noticed that many of you have checked them out as well as my blog....so I just wanted to let you know that the recipes/blog have all been moved over to my new website @ www.completecarecoaching.com so if you can't find them that's why. Take care -

I will second this.. Stevia is a great alternative to artificial sugars (I firmly believe we shouldn't eat ANYTHING artificial). It is actually a plant but can be found in a few different forms, be careful if you are substituing it in other recipes since it tends to be much sweeter than normal sugar!

These look yummy! I just discovered the joy that is unsweetened almond milk, especially the unsweetened vanilla flavor from whole foods.

 Stevia
Agave
Xylitol
Fructose
Maple Syrup
Brown Rice syrup
Barley malt

Go to a health food store and ask the staff person there....there are quite a few natural sweetners...some are better than others re: being low glycemic and low calorie.

These are a great natural snack bar that is suitable for people with gluten, egg and dairy allergies - plus its a good source of both fibre and protein.

Topic: RE: Subs for Mayo ??
I'd probably substitute light mayo but start with a 1/4 cup. Then I'd see if you have enough sauce to  work and then add yogurt and maybe a squeeze or two of lemon if you need more.
