I used an old South Beach Diet recipe, slghtly updated - 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese + 1 pkg DIET (25 Cal) Swiss Miss Cocoa. The original called for cocoa powder and sweetner.

I'm not a hundred percent sure but from my reading it's a sweetener made with sugar but it doesn't react in our bodies the same way. I'm still in the loosing phase so I plan that when I make this I'll change to another sweetener, like splenda.

I just worry it might be too sweet since I never tried the Whey Low. What is it? Thanks christine (internetnut)

I'm not sure what you are looking for specifically but this looks good as a substitute for chocolate cake (although I haven't tried it yet). I would substitute splenda for the whey low to bring the sugar down and avoid having to buy online ingredients. Hope this helps. Topic: RE: what was your favourite pureed meal?
I love soup and pureed any soup I really loved. Here's a favorite soup I pureed. http://www.food.com/recipe/christines-stuffed-bell-pepper-so up-318557 . I wonder about making a pureed creamy soup. Like for example a sausage & potato soup. Lots of sausage and not alot of potato's. Or your favorite main dish pureed into a creamy soup. Something with alot of meat and little amounts of sides, like potato's , pasta, rice, etc. I would love a high protein soup that is creamy. Gives me ideas as to trying to make a recipe like that. Love the idea of adding the pumpkin and spices...all year round, even!!
Thank you!! Not sure if it was my recipe or SM's you mean (they are very similar!), but I make them often...either way, they are a God send for our eating plan!!

Hi Linda!
This is a delayed thank you - not long after my surgery, I found what I think was your recipe for cottage cheese pancakes on the OTHER site (LOL). The recipe called for minced onions, and was meant to be served as a savory dish.
However, sweet carbs have always been my downfall, so I modified it and it's been a hit with everyone with whom I've shared it.
I found if you add Splenda and cinnamon, they taste just like French toast. Add some canned pumpkin, Splenda, and pumpkin pie spice and voila! pumpkin pancakes.
I've also added fresh berries, extracts - the possibilities are endless!!!
So a HUGE thank you!
Hugs,
Tia
