You're so lucky to like them. I absolutely hated them and threw them out. And I don't throw food out.

Topic: I can eat PASTA again!

I watch Hungry Girl and she has pasta dishes on there made with tofu shiritake noodles..I found them at SPROUTS near the tofu.  They are absolutely wonderful..They have several noodle types and each one has been great and easy to substitute for the full fat/carb pasta.  My husband cannot even tell the difference !

Im one of those "food bloggers" and think I might have a way to work it out - but I wont have time to make it until week after next - so if you wanna play aroudn until then - try Almonds (raw)  in a coffee grinder and make an Almond Meal - which is courser than flour. Then use other ingredients and substitutions you had planned. Maybe you could do crushed wheat thins shredded wheat. I dunno...like I said - Ill play with it next week!

Our Walmarts in Canada carry very different things that you can get at yours in the US.  I've only ever seen cherries in a light syrup.  Since I have a band, i'm not too concerned with a bit of sugar from the syrup so might just drain some of those and try it.

Thanks again for the recipe.  It's hard to even find no sugar added popsicles here let alone anything with yogurt in them as well with low sugar/no sugar.

No frozen cherries, the walmarts always have them here. Try for canned no sugar added if you have them. I have used them before too.

Thanks I will do it by weight as well then.  Have to dig out my popsicle molds.  I wish we could get frozen cherries up here but no such luck.  I may try to make them with fresh cherries when they are in season.

The 6 oz of greek yogourt, do you weigh it or do you mean 6 oz by volume as in 3/4 cup?
